Arvis is the henchman of Lucindra, the Consor of Dagon, in Where In The World Is Chelsea Aberdeen?. ( [link] ) He is an especially deformed and muscular example of the Deep One/human hybrids inhabiting Toad Island. Toad Island and the hybrids were introduced to the Ghostbuster universe by James Van Hise in issue #8 of Now's comic series.
